Yin Yang
Yin Yang theory is the foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine -
encompassing the principles of nature, harmony, balance, health and
disease. Opposite sides of a spectrum that each still contain the
other within it. The Yin Yang theory discusses two opposing and
complimentary forces in the universe which influence everything
through their interdependent, opposite and interchanging principles;
there is no light without dark, day without night, hot without cold.
